The second generation of small-sized double-station hot melt box folding machine for telescope Box has updated and optimized the mechanical structure and layout. After the card issuing machine sends out the carton, the carton is pushed to the pre-folding station by the cylinder action, and after the pre-folding is completed, the module will suck the carton to move across, and the glue spraying action will be completed during the moving process, and it will reach the lower pressing station, and the lower pressing mechanism will press down to the forming mold, and the folding is completed and sent out through the conveyor belt below. Double-station production, box and lid output synchronously, can be directly used for assembly line packaging, production speed up to 25 boxes per minute. One box folding machine can replace three to five packaging workers, significantly improving production efficiency, ensuring the consistency of formed box quality and effectively reducing production costs.

Process Flow

After the carton feeder dispenses a carton, a pneumatic cylinder pushes it to the pre-folding station. Following pre-folding, a module uses suction to grip and laterally transfer the carton; adhesive is applied during this transfer. Upon reaching the pressing station, a pressing mechanism drives the carton down into the forming mold to complete the folding process, after which the finished carton is discharged via a conveyor belt located underneath.
