This flowchart illustrates an automated carton packaging line, detailing the step-by-step transformation of flat cardboard into a fully sealed product box across three core stages:
Box Forming & Bottom Sealing: Flat blanks are fed into the machine, unfolded, and folded at the lower tabs and flaps. Glue is sprayed and pressed to form a secure bottom structure.
Product Loading: The box is rotated upright (Turn Over) and opened so the product can be fed inside (Fold Lower & Feed).
Top Sealing: The top tabs are folded, and the carton undergoes a final rotation before being glued and sealed into a finished package.

The Y-Pack Full Automatic Packaging Production Line represents a complete end-to-end packaging solution designed for high-efficiency, intelligent production. This advanced system seamlessly integrates multiple processes to deliver consistent, high-quality packaging from primary processing to final shipping preparation.
The production flow begins with the Automatic Pillow Packaging Machine, followed by the Cartoning Machine for secondary packaging. It then proceeds through the Automatic Case Erector, Case Packer, and Automatic Case Sealer. Quality control is ensured by multiple checkweighers with automatic rejectors that remove non-conforming products. Additional key stations include a POF Film Shrink Wrapping System, Labeling Machine, and Box Strapping & Bundling Machine.
At the end of the line, the Palletizer automatically stacks cartons onto pallets, completing the ready-to-ship packaging process. The entire line features smooth conveyor connections and intelligent control systems for minimal manual intervention.

After passing the inspection, we will wrap the machine with stretch film to prevent scratches and dust; put the wrapped machine into a wooden box together with a complementary toolbox to fix it; put the sealed wooden box into a container for delivery to the port; then ship it to the customer's factory. It takes only 1 day from our factory to the port, the ocean shipping time depends on the distance, from 7 days to 40 days.

How can I be sure to get assurance after payment?
In China, strict anti-money laundering policies govern all incoming international payments. Your payment is initially held in a managed account and is only released to us upon submission of the official Bill of Lading (B/L). If we fail to ship or submit the B/L within the agreed lead time, the funds will be refunded to you or held by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE).
How can I be sure the machine will work for my product?
Upon completing machine assembly, we conduct a 10-minute test run using your sample products (when samples are required). We will send you a test-run video demonstrating stable operation before you make the balance payment and arrange shipment.
Will you send technical staff to help with installation and operation training?
The machine is shipped in a sturdy plywood crate with minimal disassembly, offering a convenient plug-and-play setup that requires no specialized installation. We provide detailed installation and operation tutorial videos before shipment, as well as remote video call support. If on-site engineering assistance is urgently required, an engineer can be dispatched at $150/day, with round-trip flights, visa fees, local transportation, and accommodation covered by the buyer.
How many years of warranty are provided, and how are repairs & maintenance handled?
We provide a 1-year warranty from the shipment date. If any part fails during this period, we will courier replacement parts and installation instructions to you at our expense. The replacement process is straightforward and easily completed. The machinery is designed to be virtually maintenance-free, though routine lubrication will extend its service life.
