The dimensions of the molded cardboard box are: Length L: 200, Width W: 100, Height H: 125
Workflow: The cardboard is placed on the box rack in its initial state, with the cardboard arriving horizontally. The cardboard is moved to the forming station via a transverse conveyor mechanism. During this movement, the spray gun applies adhesive. A pressing mechanism then presses the glued cardboard down to the forming station. As the cardboard is pressed down, a forming guide mechanism glues and shapes the cardboard box. Finally, a chain conveyor sends the formed cardboard box out.
