Process Workflow: Infeed & Sorting: The incoming conveyor seamlessly connects to the upstream production line, transferring products to the sorting station where they are arranged into two-layer rows.
Collating & Detection: Products are leveled at the collating station for smooth handling. Detection sensors trigger the automatic carton opener and product pusher.
Sealing & Coding: Boxes are sealed using hot-melt glue, then pass through an inkjet coder for production date printing before final dispatch.
Turnkey Expansion: We have successfully delivered two parallel packaging lines for this project. To achieve complete end-to-end automation, we can also integrate downstream case packing and palletizing systems tailored to your operation.
